Is there a contract?: Pay monthly or annually on Operator — annual billing gets you 2 months free (17% off). Month-to-month converts to annual at any time at the same posted rate. Portfolio contracts are custom per group.
What does “free migration” mean?: During onboarding we move your members, packages, classes, leases, and invoices from your previous platform — Mindbody, Boulevard, Cobot, Glofox, a spreadsheet, anywhere — at no additional cost. We import the active roster and forward schedule first, then agree what historical data should come across.
Do you take a cut of the bookings?: A small platform fee on each Stripe-processed transaction. 1.45% + ฿3 from the operator. 0.75% + ฿2 added at checkout for the customer. Combined, that is well under 2.5%. PromptPay and bank transfer payments carry 0% Rovebook fee — provider or bank fees may still apply. Your ledger shows every line, every time.
Is PromptPay a first-class payment method?: Yes. PromptPay QR is a native checkout option on every plan. Members scan the QR, pay from their bank app, and settle in baht. Omise/2C2P cards and manual bank transfer are also available.
What is the trial?: Fourteen days of the full product — no card required to start, no credit card charges, no auto-conversion to paid. On day fourteen you decide whether to begin a paid subscription.
Will my members see a Rovebook logo?: Only the logo you put there. Your brand owns the member-facing experience — booking portal, confirmation emails, receipts. Rovebook is the operating system underneath.
