Rovebook/Coworking
Coworking
A coworking space is a hotel that does not sleep. Members tap in at dawn; deliveries arrive at midnight. Rovebook holds the front desk together, so the space runs on its own rhythm.
For independent spaces, shophouse lofts, and members’ clubs that run at night. Two locations is the right shape. Twelve, still.

The modules
Each module sits inside the universal booking engine with five-axis conflict checking. The same transaction that confirms the booking also debits the credit, charges the card, and updates the audit log.
Day passes
QR-code tap-in, automatic check-out. Offline check-ins queue and sync on their own.
Dedicated offices
Long-term leases with seat-tracking. Conflict-proof across teams.
Meeting rooms
Credits or hourly, with buffer time automation. No staff has to ask.
Memberships
Monthly allowances that auto-reset. One config per tier, applies to all members.
Mail & packages
Logged at arrival, photo on file, member notified by email. Audit trail on every parcel.
Virtual offices
Sell a registered address with mail handling, forwarding, and Thai VAT compliance.
The coworking front desk
Today, in a coworking space — the admin set to coworking.
The same engine, the same nav rail, the same data model — with chrome and language tuned to this rhythm.
A day in the space
